Cylinder cooling is divided into water cooling and air cooling, generally small and medium-sized extruder using air cooling is more appropriate, large water cooling or two forms of combined cooling;

Screw cooling mainly USES central water cooling, the purpose is to increase the solid transport rate of materials, stabilize the amount of glue, and improve the quality of products;

But in the hopper cooling, one is to strengthen the delivery of solid materials, to prevent the heating of plastic particles sticky plug material mouth, two is to ensure the normal operation of the transmission part.
